💰 How much is your time worth? 💰


💡Making the shift into consultancy or freelancing involves mindset changes and adapting your thinking to a commercial service provider approach - which can be very different from working in-house. 💡


A particular challenge I support clients and mentees with is:

HOWEVER, this is not the only consideration. A trap consultants and service providers can often fall into is what I call "over servicing"...
