As opposed to full HR outsourcing provided by a team (as I did with my previous business) I am targeting a small number (2 or 3 max subject to volume) clients I can work with on a flexible basis where I can join and act personally as an embedded and integral member of the leadership team.
I can add significant value bringing my extensive experience of designing, building and running People/HR functions in high growth and scaling businesses, combined with a uniquely commercial approach having previously built and sold a successful business.
This can be either in a standalone hands on capacity or could involve supporting and mentoring internal colleagues.
I have significant experience in building and leading international HR/People functions and working with founders, investors and leadership teams to build future proof, scalable #global People strategies in particular for US/UK/Europe aligned to business growth plans and needs.
